Meet Padma
A passionate health, wellness and mindfulness, meditation mentor.and speaker, Padma Patricia created Padma Perspectives to enhance the health, well-being, and self-care of her clients and friends.
A skillful, caring yoga teacher, Padma trained at Vajra Yoga and Meditation in New York City, Canada’s Sivananda Yoga Centre, and the Integral Yoga Institute in India, where she received the name Padma, which means "lotus flower".

At the heart of Padma’s philosophy is the idea that everyone can overcome crisis, learn to trust themselves, ask for support, and thrive.
The holistic practices of Yoga, Meditation, Aromatherapy, and Shiatsu can teach clients how to use mindfulness in their daily lives.
